Ingredients:
- 5 cl of Amicis
- 3 cl of lemon juice
- 4 cl Passion fruit juice
- 2,5 cl Sugar Syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation Mode:
- In the shaker, add Amicis, lemon juice, passion fruit juice, sugar syrup and egg white and beat everything and thenm serve in a tall glass;
- Decorate the glass with a reduction of Ruby port wine, cinnamon stick and dehydrated passion fruit.
